Ron Meyer is Professor of Corporate Strategy at TiasNimbas, the business school of Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology. He is also managing director of the Centre for Strategy & Leadership, an international research, consulting and management development organisation, dedicated to improving companies' competences in the areas of strategic thinking, leadership, entrepreneurship, business innovation and change management. Professor Meyer has both Canadian and Dutch nationality. He has (co-)authored numerous articles and books, among which the internationally leading textbook on strategic management, Strategy - Process, Content, Context: An International Perspective. Over 250,000 copies have been sold so far and the book is used at more than 200 business schools around the world. His latest book, Mapping the Mind of the Strategist, was published in 2007.

Steven Woods cofounded Eloqua in 1999 and has held the position of Chief Technology Officer since that time. Steven brings to Eloqua years of experience in software architecture, engineering and strategy, and is responsible for defining the product strategy and technology vision at Eloqua. Steven's insights into the application of technology to the marketing profession have been key to Eloqua's consistent record of client satisfaction. He was recently named as one of Inside CRM's Top CRM Influencers and recognized by Frost & Sullivan with their GIL prize for Innovation. Steven is also a prolific writer on topics related to demand generation and the current transitions within the marketing profession. His book, Digital Body Language explores these topics, and he is a regular writer on his blog of the same name. Steven is also deeply involved with the Eloqua user community, with whom he regularly interacts through the discussions on his Eloqua Artisan blog. Prior to co-founding Eloqua, Steven worked in corporate strategy at Bain & Company and engineering at Celestica. Steven holds a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University.

Hein Deprez is the founder of Univeg. He took over a mushroom farm in 1983 . This was the start of what would become the Univeg Group in 1987. Univeg grew spectacularly, mainly as a result of a large number of acquisitions in Europe, South-Africa, Asia and North and South America. With 9.500 employees, active in 25 countries on 4 continents and a turnover of EUR 3 billion, Univeg is now one of the global leaders in its field. Hein Deprez is also reference shareholder of the Peat-Invest Group (EUR 52 million turnover) and of the Pinguin-Lutosa Group (EUR 450 million turnover).

Patrick Decuyper (°1970) is an engineer in electro mechanics and holds an MBA in Finance from Vlerick Management School. His main responsibilities at Enfinity include managing Enfinity Europe and heading development in Italy and Belgium. He established Enfinity together with Gino Van Neer in December 2005. Four years later Enfinity has become an important international player in renewable energy with a workforce of 200 employees and a turn-over of more than 200 mio Euro.

Edward Giesen is a GBS Partner at IBM, leading the Strategy & Change Practice in Benelux, the Business Strategy Practice in Europe and the Component Business Modeling (CBM) Practice globally. He has extensive consulting experience in many industries, with an emphasis on industrial and consumer products. Some common issues across Edward’s client engagements: innovative strategies, business modelling, transformation, internationalisation, actionable strategies, synergy, mergers & acquisitions, cost reductions, value impact, decentralisation, organizational structures, intersection of business and technology. He also is active as global thought leader, resulting in a.o. a white paper on Business Model Innovation (2007, 2009)

Michel De Maeyer is een Waaslander die in zijn carriere Sales koppelt aan Marketing zowel in B2C als in B2B en dit vanuit een drang om de theoretische compatibiliteit ook in de praktijk te realiseren. Hij startte zijn carriere met commerciële functies bij Vespa en Makro. In 1997 ging hij de uitdaging aan om met Belgacom in een opengemaakte en fel belaagde B2B telecom-markt naar nieuwe 'customer experiences' te groeien. Hij doorliep daarbij verschillende leidinggevende functies in de Small Business en Enterprise Sales afdelingen, vooraleer in 2003 Marketing Manager te worden voor de zowat half miljoen Business-klanten van Belgacom. In 2006 werd hij Commercieel Directeur van Certipost, destijds een joint venture van Belgacom en De Post en sinds 2008 een 100% dochter van De Post. Vanuit deze functie stuurt Michel vandaag de nationale en internationale ambities en strategische plannen van Certipost in de B2B en B2C markt, met oplossingen zoals o.a. e-Invoicing, e-contracting, e-HR, e-certificaten en de Belgische eID.

Anabelle Kinet After an international (Europe & Asia) sales & marketing experience of 7 Years in a company from the High tech industry sector, Anabelle joined PFSweb in October 2003 as Business Development Manager. During that period, she spent most of her time in networking and gaining experience and knowledge about the European Market of Logistics & E-commerce Outsourcing Solutions. In May 2007, Anabelle joined the European Management Team and became responsible within PFSweb Europe for the Sales & Marketing Department. Anabelle graduated from the University of Liege (Belgium), Faculty of Business Administration.

Steven Van Belleghem is managing partner bij het marktonderzoeksbureau InSites Consulting. Zijn passie is klanten helpen bij het nemen van strategische marketingbeslissingen. Zijn specialisatie bevindt zich in onderzoek rond merken en word of mouth marketing. Samen met zijn team verdiept hij zich in de relatie tussen de de noden en drijfveren van klanten aan de ene kant en de manieren waarop marketeers deze te pakken willen krijgen. Voor Steven bij InSites Consulting aan de slag ging, startte hij zijn carrière als onderzoeksmedewerkers op de Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. Steven is een veelgevraagde spreker op verschillende business schools (o.a. Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, Tias) en treedt vaak op tijdens marketingcongressen en -workshops.
